For this 21-acre site, located at 3530 CR-44A in the City of Wildwood, AH Burkett Engineering provied a comprehensive plan amendment, mass grading design, land planning consultation and construction administration throughout the design, permitting and construction phases of the project, which now houses 288 units over two four-story buildings, as well as amenities like a dog park, pool, trails and 472 surface parking spaces.
