Burkett Engineering, Inc. provided civil engineering services to CFE Federal Credit Union throughout the commercial development in Oviedo, Florida. Our services began with preparing construction documents per City of Oviedo and SJRWMD development criteria. The sitework construction plans included paving, drainage, stormwater management, water distribution, and wastewater collection facilities designed to support the project.
Burkett Engineering also provided services for a CFE Federal Credit Union site in the City of Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Burkett Engineering provided due diligence services for each project. These services included verifying the property entitlements and development criteria such as zoning, setbacks, adjacent land uses, buffer requirements, planned roadway improvements, stormwater requirements, site lighting requirements, and the verification of the 100-year flood plain in the area.
